In this session, we’ll:

• Look at where pressure is building across your team
• Identify where it’s going unspoken or unresolved
• Explore how psychological safety is actually functioning in your day-to-day work
• Discuss what implementing SAFE Places could look like for your organization

This is useful if:

• you’re responsible for team performance or people management
• you’re seeing signs of burnout, overload, or misaligned responsibility
• you’re navigating psychological safety expectations (WCB, leadership, etc.)

Come prepared to talk about:

• how work is currently distributed
• where things tend to bottleneck or build
• what’s been tried so far

You’ll leave with:

A clearer understanding of where pressure is accumulating — and what would need to change to address it earlier.
